Eligibility for Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products, provided they are still in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or installation. If a product has been installed, it is not returnable.
Eligible returns will have a 10% re-stocking fee held back from the refund to cover credit card fees, packaging costs etc.
Store credit may be applied for some returns. Please contact us for more specifics.

Graphics Kits:Graphics kits can not be returned if they have been removed from the plastic wrapping they come in. If you have questions about fitment or color combinations, please email us before you remove the plastic wrap. info@upshiftonline.com

We will not accept returns on any electrical parts / accessories.
TMBR GARAGE SALE purchases are NOT eligible for returns. Nor will the manufacturers warranty apply.
Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@upshiftonline.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
We will work with you to get you all the necessary information and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the item.
Ship your return package to us after you receive an RMA number to the following address:

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or for a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
In case of a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team for assistance, and we will provide further instructions.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, based on your preference.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene, quality, or safety reasons, such as used protective equipment, graphics kits removed from their packaging, or items with a manufacturer's seal that has been broken.
Custom-made or personalized items are also not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged.
International Returns:
International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on how to proceed with returning the item.
Product Warranty:
Some of the products we sell may come with a manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer for details on how to handle warranty claims.
