I chose this cup because it has markings from 4 to 20 ounces at 2oz increments and is very easy to read inside the cup while filling. It fits my nalgene 32oz bottle inside to save space in my pack. Light weight, durable and I can accurately measure the water needed for various dehydrated meal pouches.
